Summary

I am passionate about art and entertainment, from a very young age I was accompanying my father who worked for many years in stage design for theater, film and television, and seeing these non-existent places in the functional sense but that came to life in front of the camera and through television and film and how these perspectives penetrate deeply into the people who observe, that's why I started in digital art and 3D, first designing small commercial stands, going through television sets and now complete worlds with all kinds of of details make me feel on a path that is just beginning and that has no end.

At some point all this was connected to video games, their diversity, challenges and the infinity of worlds and perspectives they present made me think of ways to use all these great ideas as such in the physical world, as it was before with scenery.

I specialize in Environment Design, Level Design, Set Dressing and Lightning, Hard Surfaces Modeling, Digital painting for materials and concept art and production in general, although it is not my forte, in the technical area I have a medium management and understanding regarding Blueprints and Particles and VFX

I am extremely proactive but I am not in favor of crunching, I have the ability to lead small and medium-sized teams, always trying to generate the means and ways for the team to work as comfortably and efficiently as possible, analyzing each profile and assigning tasks accordingly, as well as creating spaces for the advancement and evolution of the talent of less experienced colleagues.

    This was an amazing job where i have to develop from scratch a level based on the New York City in the 30th Century called at that time 3rd York, im specialized on concept art, environment building, blockout, dressing, materials and here i was able to learn and advance on my knowledge about the engine on different task like optimization, Blueprints about differents aspects of the game including UI, Character Controllers, IK Rig, Sequencer, Material, Mesh and Particles assets, basic optimization, package and server work until the Pre Alpha version delivered to launch on July with 2 Trailers for the game launched in november produced and rendered by our small Colombia Based Team

    In this job my duties varied over time but were fundamentally based on the design and review of manufacturing and assembly of a large number of sets for Television, cinema, commercial stands, residential elements, among other elements of Ephemeral Architecture.

    During all these years I have learned a lot about the entertainment industry and its logistics management, as well as many of the challenges faced by productions at all budget scales, I learned about the challenges and advantages of having a team, sometimes very great to meet complex objectives in a short time, as well as great advice and experiences in the field from people who have spent their entire lives in this great work.

    After a while, I had the responsibility of creating the company's brand, going from the logo, website, brand manual to its registration and general management to a gamified operating system with cross-reporting that helped maintain clear and updated information on inventories, schedules and procedures for the Manufacture and Assembly of the Scenery that was carried out, in general it was a great experience, I had access to various events and world-class personalities, with impressive knowledge and charisma which is something that I always keep

    I begin to explore virtual production with the work and development of several Croma studios in the city and in architectural visualization at UDK since 2009.
